This year we will showcase gaskets for the 4 most popular sea engine brands.

Engine Gasket Solutions for MTU S2000/S4000 - We will showcase cylinder head gaskets for MTU S2000 and S4000 marine engines, including part numbers X52404200037 and X52404200043 for the S4000 series, as well as the exhaust gasket X59514100001. Additional options are available depending on the engine model. You will also find versions of exhaust gaskets, heat exchanger gaskets, and cylinder head hole cover gaskets at our booth.
Engine Gasket Solutions for Cummins QSK Series/Caterpillar C27/C32 and Volvo D13 - MJ supplies cylinder head gaskets for Cummins QSK engines, including part numbers 4334080 and the oversized version 4334081. These gaskets are manufactured with precise thickness control, multi-layer steel construction, and rubber assemblies to ensure sealing reliability in demanding marine applications. For Caterpillar C27/C32 and Volvo D13 engines, MJ offers valve cover gaskets made from durable rubber materials with stable compression characteristics, ensuring reliable sealing under thermal cycling. These gaskets will be available at the FLIBS show for you to examine directly, providing an opportunity to evaluate our product quality on-site.
Dry Joint Exhaust Manifold Elbow/Riser Gasket for MerCruiser V6/V8 - Marine engines such as the MerCruiser V6/V8 rely on dry joint exhaust systems to keep exhaust gases and cooling water separate, reducing the risk of corrosion. MJ offers exhaust manifold elbow and riser gaskets made from steel reinforced with rubber and graphite, providing durability, resistance to thermal cycling, and reliable sealing for extended marine use.
Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets - Each plate in a PHE (plate heat exchanger) requires a gasket, and gasket thickness directly impacts fit and efficiency. MJ’s PHE gaskets are produced with strict compression control to ensure stability across different rubber types. Available for Caterpillar C15/C18/C30/C32, MTU S2000/S4000, Cummins QSK60, Detroit Diesel S60, and Volvo D13.
