  • Valve Cover Gasket – Seal the gap between the valve cover and the cylinder head to protect cylinder head hardware from damage and prevent oil from escaping the engine.
  • Cylinder Head Gasket – Provide the seal between the cylinder head and the engine block. It prevents combustion gases from getting into the cooling system and prevents fluid leaks and pressure losses.
  • Oil Pan Gasket – It’s a bolt-on seal to connect the engine block and oil pan to ensure oil as it travels through the engine keeps running smoothly and prevents oil from leaking out.
  • Intake Manifold Gasket – Seal the gap between the intake manifold and the cylinder head to prevent air, coolant and oil from leaking during fuel combustion and helps regulate chamber temperature.
  • Fuel Injector Seal-All diesel engines use fuel injection to inject liquid fuel into internal combustion. It works like a spray nozzle of a pressure washer. If injectors are not clean, it may cause the fuel injection system to fail or cannot run efficiently.
  • Oil Cooler Gasket-The oil cooler gasket is part of the oil coolant system and it keeps oil from leaking before it has a chance to perform its job inadequately lubricating the engine and making oil re-circulated throughout your engine at the optimal temperature. When the seal fails, it can cause serious problems.
  • Exhaust Manifold Gasket – Seal the gap between the exhaust manifold and the cylinder head to prevent exhaust from leaking out of the connection and also ensure all exhaust gas will flow through the catalytic converter.
  • EGR Gasket – The EGR gasket is typically installed between the EGR valve and the engine intake manifold. The EGR gasket acts as a seal to prevent exhaust gases from leaking into the engine intake manifold during the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) process. This helps to reduce harmful emissions and improve fuel economy.
  • PHE Gasket – A PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger) gasket is installed between the plates of a plate heat exchanger.The purpose of a PHE gasket is to prevent leaks and ensure proper sealing of the plate heat exchanger, which is used to transfer heat between two fluids.
  • Hydraulic Pump Gasket – The hydraulic pump gasket is typically installed between the hydraulic pump and the mounting surface on the engine.
