This year’s Fort Lauderdale Boat Show (FLIBS 2025) was a valuable opportunity for MJ GASKET to engage with marine professionals, distributors, and engine service teams from across the industry. Throughout the event, we highlighted four major product categories and held in-depth discussions about maintenance needs, material options, and aftermarket availability.

a. MTU Engine Gasket
One of the main focuses at Fort Lauderdale Boat Show was our MTU S4000 and S2000 gasket lineup, including the head gasket (X52404200037), exhaust gasket (X59514100001), and hand hole cover gasket (5240111380). The MTU gasket lineup attracted notable interest from visitors, particularly those focused on engine maintenance and repair.
b. MerCruiser Exhaust Gasket
We also showcased our MerCruiser gasket range for 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, and 6.2L engines. Items such as the full-flow gasket (27-864547A02), elbow block-off gasket (27-864549A02), and elbow restrictor gasket (27-864850A02) drew attention from service shops and parts distributors.
c. PHE Gasket
Our plate heat exchanger (PHE) gasket selection was another highlight. We presented solutions compatible with MTU S4000 (8499970065), MAN D2862 (51061010097), and Caterpillar C18/C32 (2027533).
d. Customized Gasket
In addition, we introduced our customized gasket capabilities, featuring materials such as PIP-type rubber, rubber-coated metal, and graphite-based options. These services are designed to support equipment manufacturers and service teams needing non-standard sealing components. As in this case, customization continues to be a key area of interest for companies managing specialized or aging equipment.
