Custom MLS (multi-layer steel) Head Gasket, Exhaust Gasket
Multi-layer steel is also called as MLS for short. MLS is widely used from automotive engines to heavy duty engines. According to the different thickness of the gaskets you need, MLS can be two to seven layers of different thickness steels which are fixed with rivets or spot welding.
We have various stainless steels, the most common ones are S301, S304, S430. To reinforce the steel and have better sealing, there will be silicone beads on the surface of the steel. Also, we have advanced coating materials like MOS, Ceramic and Rubber for the steels. (Please see the page of Steel with Advanced Coating for more.)
